At Physio2Go, physiotherapy is delivered the way that works best for you—at home or virtually.

We work with seniors, adults, and children, tailoring each session to your needs, goals, and comfort.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit is all about you.

We’ll begin with a thorough one-on-one assessment to learn about your health history, concerns, and movement patterns.

Then, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan focused on your goals. This may include hands-on care, targeted exercises, education, and other strategies to support your recovery.

Our goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

Are consultations included?

Yes, clients can get a free a 15-minute consultation by phone
or video before the first session. This helps us understand your needs and answer any questions ahead of time.

Do I need any equipment?

Your mobile physiotherapist comes fully equipped with everything that’s needed for your appointment.

If you have exercise equipment, that’s a bonus!

For virtual sessions, see the next FAQ.

What do I need for virtual physiotherapy?

Virtual physiotherapy is easy and effective.

All you’ll need is a device with a camera (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and a stable internet connection.

For the best experience, find a quiet, well-lit space with room to move, and wear comfortable clothing.

Before your first session, we’ll walk you through everything so you feel confident and ready.

Is virtual physiotherapy effective?

Yes. Virtual physiotherapy can be just as effective as in-person care depending on your needs and treatment approach.

At Physio2Go, we assess whether virtual or in-person care is best and continually check your progress.

If virtual care isn’t right, we can switch to in-person sessions. Our goal is to support your recovery in the way that works best for you.
